"Breakfast was a charm to experience"

"Was not given the room reserved. Was initially given room with broken tv, then transferred to a room that smelled like urine, shower head broken. Pictures are a lie, hotel front desk and rooms do not look like that. Motel 6 has cleaner area. I checked out early and they agreed to credit back, lie. Front staff also kept my ID at check in and didn't try to return it. pretended to tried to reach me via call. Never did actually call."

"The hotel was very nice. They charge for everything so plan accordingly. Room was very nice, used the pool and jacuzzi. Bar was awesome and the staff were great and friendly at the bar. Breakfast was expensive and didn’t get your moneys worth at all. Kind of disappointing and the service was a miss. "

"The hotel staff were so inviting that I was even more happy to be there. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and the hot tub was my favorite place to be. The pool was cool enough to be refreshing but not ice cold which was appreciated. Very happy with the stay and would recommend anyone to stay there."

"We have stayed at this hotel numerous times when visiting family. The facility is tired but it is clean and the staff are nice. My reservation for a mobility handicapped accessible room occasionally shows up as a hearing accessible which won't work for us. The staff has been very helpful at correcting Expedia's error."

"Kristina is wonderful. The whole staff makes this property! From Shannon to Ralph in housekeeping to Jasmine in management. The property has had some issues lately, and without this staff, I would not keep staying. They work hard to fix the issues and keep us happy"
