"Everything was great, people who can speak English were very friendly. Only thing that sucked was not having a fridge in the room and walk to elevators from front entrance took 7 minutes "

"The room was in the W Las Vegas hotel next to Mandalay Bay, which was not specified at any point during the reservation. Mandalay beach/pool access was included but kind of a hassle based two different front desk areas."
