"The staff are nothing short of amazing every individual performed above and beyond the normal! Starting with Gregory who delt with a very difficult check-in with an extreme level of professionalism and a level of customer service that is not the normal today. Ending with Christina (i believe) in security who expedited the return of several items forgotten in our room. And everything about the property wasn't 3 Star It was 5 Star.
