« Communication was wonderful. They reached out 48 hours before arrival and sent us a message with the entry code 2 hours prior to check-in. It was great to have the information necessary before we got there. The house was clean and it is very well supplied with basics like shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish soap, and coffee. It appears it was recently updated, and it was done very tastefully. The location is very peaceful and safe. You really loved our stay and look forward to staying here again. »

« This is a decent rental, priced properly low in a high rent area of SoCal. Reasons for lower value include no hot water, no lock on the front door (albeit a safe, beautiful neighborhood), worn carpet, and design that is more of an efficiency vs. an apartment. I did not meet the owner, but he was very responsive. Good crash pad rental for a no-frills traveler who does not want to pay 700-1,000 for hotels in the area. »
