"This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I have already recommended it to friends and will definitely try to stay here again. Went in July and there was central air con (temp control in the room) in addition to a portable air con for extra coolness. Staff were lovely. Definitely get the amazing breakfast. The room was pretty big - especially for Tokyo. Comfortable, very clean (and I’m terrible with hotels - usually don’t like to touch anything in them but for the first time ever I felt comfortable). A minute walk to Shiomi station which is 4 stops to Tokyo station and 3 stops to Disneyland. "

"Absolutely wonderful hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Tokyo was amazing. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. We were concerned the rooms would be small based on other reviews. I’m 5,11 and the bed was fine for me. Suitcases stored under the beds and plenty of room for the 3 of us. The worst thing about the hotel was having to go home to Ireland 😭"

"Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. All amenities. We stayed in largish twin rooms next to each other. Only minor point is there was no connecting door. Also our room didn’t have a great view. Hotel beds are comfortable. Water is complementary and have coffee maker. All in all a good stay and great value too. "

"This hotel is very friendly to foreigners. The rooms are small but very cozy so we opted for 2 rooms for 4 people. There’s 2 convenient stores, a self service currency exchange machine, a self-service coin laundry, tons of restaurants, a spa, a pharmacy, walking distance to the Shinjuku Train/Metro station but far enough away from the crowds of rush hours. Etc. etc. It is also a main dropoff/pickup stop for the Airport Limousine Bus so it’s easy to get to and from Narita and Haneda Airports. "
