Helpful, friendly staff, comfy beds, clean, easy to get to and nice breakfast offerings!

The free breakfast is great and the area is clean.

Great location. Clean rooms and perfect for kids with the amenities on site.

Staff was very friendly with 24-hour reception and tea and coffee available. Room was spacious and comfortable. Indoor pool, fitness centre and laundry facilities were a bonus.

It was nice location and we were happy with the room, neatness and the breakfast services. We were disappointed though with the noise ( may be generator or pump machine) that disturbed us the whole night. Also the coffee pot was very old fashion and and charging points were not modern and updated. Overall it was good !!!!

Didn't use the pool rooms were clean staff was very friendly

We stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed the property. The room was very clean except for quite a few jasty long black hairs in the bathroom both on thr floor and in the shower (gross!) But i used disinfectant wipes to remove them- everything else was very clean. The hotel is in wondeful shape- very new feeling. The breakfast is a full buffet: bagels, oatmeal, omlettes, turkey sausages, waffles, cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt, etc. The breakfast room is huge and open- there are booths...

The room was clean, the property was gorgeous with the Japanese inspired interior! The bath bombs in the hotel shop were perfect for the big bathtub in our room! Our only complaint would be that the pillows are very thin, the beds are comfortable otherwise! We would stay here again. :)

We absolutely loved our stay here. Our suite was perfect! You can absolutely tell that this property has been soundproofed- we are VERY light sleepers and never heard a thing during our stay! We didnt attend the evening reception but the breakfast was among the best we have ever had at a hotel! We were travelling with our two small dogs and everything was set up perfectly for them- we were on the second floor so could easily sneak down the stairs with them to go outside: plently of green...

Thank you!

We enjoyed the stay with our dog and kids. They had fun at the pool, games in the lobby, and breakfast was delicious.

Super welcoming staff and the place still smells like a new build home! The gym is well equipped and having a late checkout time made the morning much less rushed!

Clean room, quiet area. A big table on casters + 3 stools + 1 chair in the room are very useful for our take-out dinner for 4! Room size is great! Lots of counter space and also a built-in bench.

The staff was amazing and the rooms are perfect. No complaints here
