« Amenities in good working order, shower a bit small, wifi works well, mostly quiet except for consistently barking dog. »

« The host was responsive and helpful, the place was conveniently located for my needs. The place felt like home. The fireplace was out of service, not the end of the world but would have been nice on some coffee nights. The kitchen is great, a pyrex to cook dishes in the oven would be a great addition. I will definitely go back next time I go in that area! »

« Terrible odor in my room, and there was a window taped up with black tape that was jammed open and looked terrible while also letting in cold air. After asking staff about this, hoping to get a different room, they there were extremely unhelpful and made no effort to remedy the situation, offer solutions, or even apologize for the inconvenience. I ended up just leaving. Very disappointed since the last time I stayed here was quite pleasant. »

« Accueil beaucoup trop long (près de 30 mn et 1 seul personne à l'accueil) indigne d'un hôtel de ce standing. Pour le reste on retrouve toutes les qualités des Hampton Inn (belles chambre bien équipée, climatisation assez silencieuse, bon WIFI, très bon petit-déjeuner...). A noter que la piscine était hors d'usage mais on pouvait utliser celle du Sheraton voisin. A noter l'efficacité de la navette pour l'aéroport. »
