"The location is great. But the unit was in poor repair. The carpet was torn and coming up off the floor. The refrigerator was broken and hot on the inside. They did bring a new refrigerator the next day but the ice maker still didn't work. But the huge issue was there was a problem with water in the entire building. When they finally fixed the water, then there was no hot water. Coming off the slope and you can't take a hot shower really sucks.

This is a beautiful property with wonderful staff (a big shout out to Kit!) that make you feel very special. The cabin we stayed in (Creekside 2) was perfect and absolutely spotless. The seating by the creek was great - a chance to sit down and be one with nature. The property provides a free breakfast which was always pretty good. There is also a daily happy hour. This is a really nice property in excellent condition with a comfortable bed, large good shower, bar fridge and kept super clean. No outside seating. Complimentary outside parking across the street. Located in the heart of Idaho Springs half a block from the pedestrian street.

I am so glad we picked this property to stay at. It was beautiful. The location to Red Rocks was perfect and they even arranged a car for us for to and from the concert! It was close to Morrison and Evergreen . The Room was quiet, hot tub was clean. I highly recommend staying here.
