"We were unable to make it to this destination because of a late spring snowstorm in the mountains. We reached out to the hotel to let them know snd to cancel our reservation. They said we had to call back the next day when a manager was on duty. Called back the next day and the manager was at lunch. Then we got charged for a stay that we never actually checked in for."

"Once arriving to our room, the AC units to the room was not working nor did the thermostat, we thought if we left the window open and raised the cool temperature it would be cold enough once we get back gambling. Sadly to our surprise, room was still hot and no AC running so demanded to speak to manager to get a room exchange. Conclusion to story, got transferred to horseshoe hotel."

"Loved having an outdoors pool and hot tub. Bar/restaurant on the property is a big plus! No driving, just relax! "

"Great stay overall! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The casino had a fun, lively atmosphere with plenty of options, and it never felt too crowded. There were also great food and drink choices on site, which made everything super convenient. Would definitely come back!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in this nice, clean cabin. The location is great, and it was well-furnished with an especially well-equipped kitchen. Parking was a little tight and the shower pressure was low, but one frustration was the communication — the on-site office is only open for four hours between check-out and check-in (when guests would not likely be there), and it was hard to get clear info on our cabin number and key location. The contact number routes through an answering service with long waits to reach the manager. Despite those small issues, it’s still a wonderful place!"
