They told me they would text me when room was ready at 1pm. No contact by 4:45pm (after check-in time). No slippers, no robe, no amenities, no
snacks for free or to buy in the room. Nothing
but soap and lotion in bathroom. When i complained at checkout they said you have to ask for things. Firstly, since when does a hotel not provide them? Second, no one ever mentioned it!
Room was still not cleaned and made up at 4:30pm the next day. We had to shower with dirty bathrooms and towels for that evening. Only stayed two nights!
Hotels.com lists this as a 4.5* Luxury hotel. NO WAY. Even Hyatt lists it as 4*. Definitely not worth almost $1600 for two rooms for two nights. It is way over priced. When I complained, desk said "we will pass the message along." I said "to who?". No answer.
Never again!
