Excellent experience overall

Excellent location & beautiful mountain view. Parking was very tight. Room was clean & nice but disappointed there wasn’t a microwave for the price paid.

The best hotel in Aspen

Even tho it started off not so good cause of another guess being rude and disrespectful and threatening to call the police on me because he felt like he was better than us. The staff try they best to accommodate us for the situation. Even tho i felt that they could of did a little better cause i felt like if it was me [person of color] would have forsure got kicked out and had me in the back of the police car. I had to take what ever they gave me. They didn't even have no out come on how they delt with this rude guess. I left there with a sour taste in my mouth. But hey it is what it is.

Clean room, maintenance staff helped with correcting TV setup. Front desk was very helpful. Able to get ski equipment right in the hotel and store there each day. Thank you all. I have stayed here now 4 times over the past 4 years that I have been able to travel to CB!

Trued 3 different restaurants, all with mediocre food and terrible service. Took over 7ins to get a burger and fries. When we finally got our food, fries were cold and hard. Clearly old. Not good enough for a $43 meal. Tried sliders in the hotel bar. Asked for well done. One order was served medium and the other order medium rate. Again took ages to get our good. Considering you are forced to tip 20% no matter how poor the service, it’s unacceptable from a hotel that’s at this price point. It has the cost of a high end hotel without the service or amenities. Very disappointing stay. Even with my love a history, it was disappointing.

The bathroom shower head was leaky, the TV remote didn’t work it took calling twice with two replacements to work. My key stopped working an hour before check out.

The elevators are super fast.. my son timed it and it took only 9 seconds to get to the 8th floor. Also, the staff is friendly. Oh yeah and self parking is convenient. Will stay there again.

The room needed some renovations Peeling paint in the bedroom I looked behind the dresser in the living room and old balloons and wrappers were behind it Front door secondary lock didn't work Sink in bathroom needs to be replaced Front desk personal, were very nice

Everything was very pleasant, an amazing place to spend time with family.

Entire building was clean and like new. Great location convenient to The Ball Arena !
