"This hotel has very nice rooms. If just rating on the room it would get a 5 rating for sure. Also, it is right at a race track which was very cool. One issue is that the entrance is hard for taxi driver to find if they have never been there before. Also, the front desk don't seem equiped well for foreigners. The wifi intructions were not in any other language and there was no directions provided about how to get to the breakfast room (which this place was not easy to find at all). This...

"This is a new hotel in Shengzhou, and it was surprisingly nice. The hotel seems to be having some teething problems, but every time we made a complaint, the problem was resolved. Staff are all very friendly, polite and professional. Breakfast is okay, but we didn’t use the hotels restaurants for any other meals. Rooms were warm, but it’s already apparent that the non smoking policy is not strictly enforced, which is a pity. We will certainly return. "
