Hoteles.com tampoco ayuda mucho no hay donde enviar un Mail o contactarse con alguien que te ayude. The hotel location is good , closer to restaurants and public transportation. The hotel room is large and is clean. The bed is not the best but ok. It has nice view facing a park and nearby high rise buildings. I like the area since it looks like commerical but it is relative quiet and clean. Breakfast has many selections. Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Per our request, they extend our check-out time without charging us additionally.
