The hotel location is good , closer to restaurants and public transportation. The hotel room is large and is clean. The bed is not the best but ok. It has nice view facing a park and nearby high rise buildings. I like the area since it looks like commerical but it is relative quiet and clean. Breakfast has many selections. Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Per our request, they extend our check-out time without charging us additionally. Hoteles.com tampoco ayuda mucho no hay donde enviar un Mail o contactarse con alguien que te ayude. It's not far to Shaoxing North Railway Station, and taking a taxi costs about $6\. The hotel's 7th floor is a nonsmoking floor which I prefer. Breakfast is decent, has both Chinese and Western varieties. The best part is the staff. They are friendly, helpful and efficient. The front desk gentleman Gary is super, quick and patient. Their shoehorn is well designed for elderly people. I was able to buy one for my in laws with the help of this gentleman. ##### Y.
