It is part of EAC, Euro American Center. Breakdast buffet and swimming was excellent, with high end interior finishes for the apartment units. Well kept property, everything looks new and clean. Staff were attentive and polite. Downsides : Dryer was faulty but detergent was provided for washer. No laundry basket. Would be helpful if there is a towel rack in the spacious bathroom, the clothes hook behind the toilet door is too high for an average height female. Pillows were too flat and bed too firm. And I also like the gym to continue my routine work out while on vacation. This residence apartments are located in EAC (Europe American Center) which is easily for taxi driver to find. We rarely used public transportation in Hangzhou because taxi is really cheap. And for a family of 4 it is much more convenient to book online vehicle services or just get Taxi. Staffs are very friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious with minor flaws, e. g., toilet seat cover needs to be lowered down when flushing?? Dryer and washer are not separated, it takes 3 hours to dry clothes and clothes still come out damp… Overall I still enjoy the experience in Oakwood apartment. It has everything I need.
