They moved me twice because the AC wasn't working but I did figure out that the guests can not control the thermostat. Chinese people don't care about these, but this is supposed to be a business city. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Service: The staff at the Hotel are exceptional. They were not only professional but also genuinely friendly and eager to assist. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Room Quality: The room I stayed in was spacious, well-designed, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in room maintenance. Amenities and Facilities: The hotel boasts fantastic amenities. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious breakfast spread with a variety of options to suit different tastes. I loved it. Location: The hotel location is convenient, situated close to the downtown of Yiwu.
