"Staff were very good especially Dan in the bar and John in the restaurant for breakfast, The food in the bar was 1st class and fairly reasonably priced. It was great having a pub on the premises. Reception were a bit disorganized and gave us the wrong room key."

"I noticed that the usual things that are found in a motel/hotel were missing such as: an information brochure about the features of the hotel...where things are located etc. Also I was unable to call the front desk on the phone in my room. In addition I would have welcomed a pen and pad of paper on the desk. I was speaking with a family member about the lack of "niceities" and was advised that because I had booked through Expedia my room was 'bare bones'. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful!"
