"Our stay was very comfortable. Hotel and rooms are dated and a bit shabby in areas, however, it was very clean (except the windows}. Love the 'wood' floors. The bed was fabulous and the large screen TV was good, could get channels and some streaming. The balcony was nice and the view wonderful. Breakfast was very good, eggs, waffles, sausages and cereal, yogurt etc. The staff was excellent! Lots of parking space on a lovely plot of land very close to PEC if visiting."

"We are a group of older golfers who like to get together for golf, cards and meals.Tobin's property was exactly what we were looking for. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen all suited our needs to a 'tee'. The outdoor space was great for relaxing with a drink after golf.Communication with Tobin was great, he got back to me promptly with the answers I was hoping for to all of my questions.We would certainly return to this property."

"The unit was beautiful, spotless and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed, was immaculate, bright and functional. The bedrooms were inviting, comfortable and extremely clean. The outdoor space was a nice added bonus; we enjoyed our morning coffee outside, under the gazebo. From check in to check out, communication with Kim was clear and timely. I would recommend this spot whole-heartedly and I look forward to returning."
