"Our stay at the Waldorf in Shanghai was absolutely wonderful. The highlight for me was the Panorama Room. The view over the city was breathtaking, especially at night. It felt like we had front-row seats to the beauty of Shanghai.
The staff were exceptional: super professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. Even though some couldn’t speak English, they still made the effort to communicate and were very kind in engaging with my son. It made our stay feel even more personal and warm.
I’ll be honest: on the first day, there was a bit of a moldy smell, especially noticeable in the bed. But by the second day, it was fine and no longer an issue. It didn’t overshadow the overall experience, which was still outstanding.
If you’re looking for luxury, top-notch service, and an unforgettable view, this is the place to stay in Shanghai."
"LFC is connected to a lux mall. There is a main entrance on the ground floor and from within the mall. It can be a little confusing at first. The mall has an upscale grocery and restaurants on the lowest level.
The room is western/comfortable. There is free coffee through the day starting at 7am. I did not eat breakfast. It seemed expensive at about $25USD for what it was.
Staff English is passable, not great. Gym is okay for a few days. Sauna is clean.
The views are outstanding. "
"Prime location, easy access to tourist destinations. Good bunds view, room clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Hotel provided birthday cake to my son is a big surprise. "
"Great buffet breakfast with lots of options including a robot that makes noodle and dumpling soup. Beds were comfortable. Great location with amenities for a good price.

"The location is in walking distance to People’s square metro station. Our room has a great view to the Nanjing road walking street, the bund and the oriental pearl tower. There are many coffee shops, local food stores nearby. The room is quiet and spacious, and well maintained. The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall a great stay. "
