It is close to a subway station and Hongqiao airport and railway station. There are no restaurants, shopping, or amenities near the hotel. The room temperature stayed a warm-for-me 24C+ unless I opened the vent windows in the room. The outside noise was not obtrusive when I did so. Meals were excellent. If you like Starbucks, you will appreciate that there is a shop at the hotel.
