The building was poorly designed. Due to its height the outer wall produces a loud bang every few minutes, making it impossible to sleep. Originally we booked two nights. We had to run away after the first night. They promised a refund which never happened. I think this is also the cheapest Park Hyatt I had stayed at. No wonder its price is so low because customers won’t likely come back.
