« This was such an important trip for our family. And it didn't disappoint. We had an amazing time. The cabin was beautiful! The jacuzzi was clean! The bears visited daily. We named the smaller (big) bear, Sitting Bear. Because he would just come and sit and hang out. Also, Melody was easy to communicate with. She is very kind. « Myself and 2 of my girlfriends decided to come to Pigeon Forge for a short getaway. This chalet was beyond perfect. It was close to everything. The chalet was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Loved the fireplace inside and out on the deck. The description of this place was expats stated. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a short or long stay. « We loved our stay here. The check in process was very easy. Communication with owners was immediate. We had to reach out regarding some lights that had burned out and Tara and Pete immediately helped us. The home is beautiful with plenty of space to spread out. We had 2 adults, 2-18 year olds, a 15 year old, a 13 year old and a 4 year old. They all spent so much time with the pool table and hot tub.
