It was easy to get to all the places we went to during our visit to Pigeon Forge. The check in process was very easy and the owner was very responsive to messages. If you are a minimalist, this place is for you. The kitchen was dated and only had the basic supplies but it worked. I didn’t come on vacation to cook. The beds were super comfortable and some of us use the spa tubs. Being an older person, l found them very difficult to get in and out of. We enjoyed having utensils & dishes, washer & dryer on site. Pool was nice & clean. We enjoyed the enclosed porch very much for children! This was a plus for us! I would suggest leaving more linens & toilet paper for a family that is staying an extended period. We had a family of 4, I had to wash linens daily & purchased more toilet paper. There’s great potential for creekside play for children. Maybe having the lawn crew weed eat to the edge of the creek & add a simple seating area behind house. The current key pad is not ideal. It would get overheated when the sun hit it directly around 10am. My husband couldn’t get in until the key pad cooled off. A note should be made in property details for booking as follows, Bathtubs are not ideal for elderly or small children to be bathed. Not on the busy strip, but close enough to everything!
