"The property’s location is ideal, being just a few blocks from the Sea Life Center, close to restaurants, and a 1 mile drive from the glacier cruise area. The house is very old, but we found that to be a fun look back to the past. There was plenty of room for our family, as there is a bunk room with many single beds upstairs, in addition to the two bedrooms on the main floor. The kitchen had plenty of bowls, cups, silverware, etc. Really enjoyed our time here!"

"We always love staying in Bear Lake because it's not that far from Seward and we were able to bring our two dogs. The cabin was actually better than the pictures portrayed, and the owner really did think of everything. It was a quick drive from the Kenai, and its close proximity to Seward suited all of our needs while being secluded enough to enjoy our privacy. "The place worked good. But the listing has the wrong address & the property manager never returned our 3 calls requesting how to put the heat on & what the Wi-Fi code was. We did find the code on a slip of paper by the tv & did get some heat. Also, the text symbol for the property manager does not work. So no texting. The view is great & eventually everything worked."

"The cabin is lovely, very clean and well maintained. All as described. However, you should be prepared for a few things! Boat drop off is a little hairy - if waves are high the water taxi will drop you very quickly (grab your stuff and run off the boat!) or may even decline to drop you on the little beach.
