This ground-floor condo consists of 2 bedrooms. There is a King bed in the master bedroom and 2 twins in the guest room, sleeps 4. All new mattresses & bedding upgraded July 2022.
Fully Equipped:
The kitchen is stocked with all necessary cooking utensils, dishes, glassware and silverware. The living room has a large TV LCD and a TV in the master bedroom. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit with plenty of towels, linens and beach towels provided.
You'll also find basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, spices, vinegar, oil, and coffee filters to get you started.

Your arrival is seamless with our comprehensive starter pack, including shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with board. Kitchen essentials include dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs.
Inclusions:
The unit comes equipped with 3 folding beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
Beach Access:
Open your door and you are steps away from the beach and the Caribbean Sea! There is a powdery white sandy beach with excellent snorkelling just off the beach. The Wreck of the Gamma is a short swim from the condo. There you find an abundance of sea life snorkeling in shallow waters!

The unit boasts a million-dollar view of the Caribbean Sea, where unforgettable sunsets paint the sky each evening. Step directly onto the beach or take a short stroll to a wide range of nearby amenities—including grocery stores, restaurants, bars, bakeries, gyms, pharmacies, liquor stores, and medical offices.
Outdoor Space:
The condo has a fully covered verandah overlooking the gardens and beach, providing a perfect spot for outdoor dining and relaxation. It is furnished with an outdoor dining table,
The property also features private lawns, a swimming pool with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas, a BBQ area, a poolside shower, and a tennis court (tennis racquets are available for use in the condo). The condo offers easy access to the best snorkelling spots on Seven Mile Beach, including a shipwreck alive with corals and sea life right off the beach within swimming distance.
Aqua socks or water shoes are suggested for wading in the shallow waters in certain areas of Grand Cayman.

Cayman is also well known for its excellent restaurants, and the area offers a variety of restaurants to explore, including the following, which are all within walking distance: Thai Orchid, The Kitchen, Coconut Joe's, Southern Spice, The Wharf, ICOA, The Bird, and Peppers.

- West Bay area: Papagallo's Restaurant, Macabuca, and Tukka West.
- Seven Mile Beach area: LUCA Restaurant, Ragazzi, Casa 43, Abacus Camana Bay.

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.
