coveniently located for public transportation
The hotel seems to have rooms of many different qualities. We were expecting the room to be at least as good as that of "Hotel Lotte City Gimpo Airport", where we spent the first night in Seoul. The room provided to us at the Lotte Hotel World was somewhat of the poor quality. We stayed in Room #1921, located at the end of a corridor. The room was very small and the door that separates the bedroom and the bathroom is in need of refinement to suit the reputation of this hotel. We used the the hotel for showering and sleeping not for exercising or dining. So we could not say much about the hotel facilities.
Concierge service was excellent, answering all my questions very kindly. Subway station was right next to the hotel building (we avoided cabs because we could not predict arrival times), which served us well. Adjacent to the hotel was a mall that includes many eateries and cheap to expensive stores, though we had not used any of these.
The hotel provides a shuttle service to Incheon International Airport at a cost (16000 won) that takes about one hour early in the morning. The shuttle bus was very clean and of very high quality.
Other than the smalless of the room and a door in poor condition, we do not have much complaint about the hotel. I think we are getting what we paid for (about $200+ per night).
