Superb location with subway access right in front of hotel entrance, literally! Then again Seoul has a fantastic public transportation infrastructure laid out that it is not too difficult to find hotels with nearby access to these options. Property is a bit outdated including breakfast area with old furniture and no day light in B1 Breakfast room. The windows in the rooms can be partially opened which I enjoyed for some fresh air. I’d rate the location 5 star but room & breakfast experiences 3 star thus coming to 4 star rating.

I stayed solely for sleeping and showering. I didn’t get to eat the free breakfast in the package until the last day of the stay but the food were pretty good. They have varieties that you can pick from. The lady on the 20th floor which was where I stayed were lovely and kind to me. Always made sure to have my room stocked with water. The staff at the front desk were kind and patient with me I was able to do an early check in before 3pm but I needed to pay 33,000 won extra which was fine by me. The stay was great over all. They had great WiFi and view for me which was all I really needed, although I don’t know how the fridge works cus sometimes it’s cold and sometimes not. Overall a great experience for me.

First of all I choose this hotel because of its convenience, it is surrounded by the different exits for the metro station Seodaemun, right opposite the hotel is the bus-stop where you can take the airport bus so I think it saves time and money. Hotel wise it is pretty clean and pleasantly bigger than expected. The only downside was I wasn't able to check-out anytime after 12pm (no grace period of 30mins-1hr) but I was able to put my luggage at the lobby so that was okay. I'll definitely book again when I am coming back to Seoul.

The service was efficient and friendly. The room was clean, but there were many stains on the wall and felt like they weren’t trying to keep the property well. The wallpaper was peeled off from the wall. However, considering how much the price we paid, we were very happy with our stay.

I guess this hotel is "Boutique" because the rooms are really small. It was almost manageable for 1 if you did not want to use the cluttered desk or mini sofa with my suiycase on it. 2 people would have no place to put their luggage. Elevators are often very slow, breakfast buffet is reasonable but no more than that. After 11 days stay, I had to pay for a late checkout - not very classy and guarentees that I will book at another hotel next time I am in Seoul.

This hotel is located right next to Korean national police station. There are hospitals across the road. You may hear sirens time to time, but not often. The siren sound did not bother at all with night sleeping. The staffs are kind and professional. Breakfast is in high quality. I recommand this hotel and brand.
