It is a old hotel with old room. They need to upgrade room but overall it was ok experience.
The hotel was fine for the price and the staff were very helpful. The issue was that there is that no food available after breakfast time. When I arrived after a long flight I went into the restaurant to find there was a private event and it was closed, worse than that both restaurants are closed until further notice. I understand the restrictions are due to Covid but they continue to show the restaurants on the website and advertise the menus with no mention of restrictions.
That said, the staff were very helpful, particularly a guy on reception who ordered a pizza for me on his personal app when I complained about the restaurants.
The view of Han River from the room was pretty cool. The room was okay, as the furniture and curtains were pretty old and the bathroom could've been cleaner. There were quite a lot of restaurants and diners in the area, and it was really close to Yeomchang subway station, which was excellent.
