Very walkable location, close to schools, downtown and not far to the waterfront. The in room coffee makers are great, though the only give you one of each pod, if you'd both like a cup of coffee I recommend asking the front desk or house keeping.
The hotel restaurant bar requires that you walk through a shopping mall via the second floor of the hotel. The restaurant is very good and newly renovated.
