I loved the facilities in the room. Unfortunately I wasn't able to use them, but it would be great for a longer stay. The parking didn't feel safe as a single woman. I was unclear how to access the door from the parking garage into the hotel. I didn't realize it was unlocked and it was hard to open.

Very helpful staff. A great location with easy transport. It was a great choice for a solo trip to Toronto Great pool too

Pros- Fantastic location, super clean and comfortable. Cons- meeting at a different location to check in and getting to the floor of the apartment was a hassle, having to use a separate online condo portal for information and payment was a hassle, and the free / included parking was falsely advertised. We had to pay $84 CAD upon checkout.
