"The apartment was spotless when we arrived. There are 3 other rentals in the building but we rarely heard anyone else and it was great to be able to have our dog with us. We love that it’s only a block in from the ocean and that it’s on the edge of the salt marsh. There are a couple of great restaurants within walking distance, less than half a mile away. If you love bird-watching, this is the perfect place. Bring binoculars so you can get close-up looks of egrets, herons and all the other marsh birds. You can stand in the kitchen and see them! The new deck wasn’t quite finished during our stay but it will be fantastic when it is. One very minor improvement that could be made is to have a small nightstand on the right side of the bed, just something to rest your phone or glasses on and a place to charge your phone on that side of the bed. Otherwise, perfect!"

"Spectacular setting. Furnished beautifully .Lots of room to separate when needed. Wildlife fun to watch. Owner should update photos to show renovations. Listing showed a room with 2 queen beds; they were double beds. Also room with 2 beds is up a narrow spiral staircase which should probably be noted. A book with notes on the property would be nice ( when gardener and pool service comes, tying down umbrellas,) The sauna is listed as an feature but was "not safe to use." Pool and hot tub were wonderful as was the outdoor kitchen. Plenty of dishes and silverware so we didn't have to run the dishwasher several times a day! A very restful and serene week and the fireworks display could be seen from the balconies--great."
