"I just got back from a great vacation with my family (8 adults, a 4 year old and a 1 year old). The house is so spacious! The view and 2 minute walk straight to the beach made the stay so special! We could spread out and have alone time or gather together on the large upper deck, in the open floor plan kitchen dining room, watch tv in the basement, or on the beach. Bonus puzzle table in the basement! The large wet bar for drinks was clutch! Perfect location. Steps away from OOB or a short drive to Portland. Would definitely reccommend for any family vacation or group of friends. Only complaint is to fix the ice maker, the wine fridge kept shorting out when the dishwasher ran, and a couple large couches in the main kitchen dining space would have made things much more comfortable. If traveling with littles, bring a baby gate!"
The Waterfront Deckhouse-Pine Point Beach Waterfront Property

"The location is phenomenal with views from the upstairs main living area nothing short of exceptional. Basically a wrap around view in 2 directions and a wraparound balcony with a lovely table and chairs outside to enjoy it. Modern kitchen is fully equipped and the open plan makes the entire living room, kitchen, dining room wonderful. The negatives are that the downstairs living area and 2 bedrooms have not been updated and are a little musty. That said, my family of 5 adults and 2 children had a fabulous stay. Also there is only 1 AC unit (in the upstairs bedroom). However because of the great location on a slight promontory, it is probably very rare that you need much AC as the breezes are perfect and the screen doors let that circulation through."
