"Lumpy hard bed, shower water pressure low, hot water took forever to heat, shower knob and shower head were old and outdated low water out put. Overall not bad for just one nite for the price. Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️."

"I reserved a room with a balcony, one king bed, and an ocean view, but I was given a first-floor room with two beds and a view of a wall. I asked if they could change it, and they did, but they moved me to another first-floor room with a view of palm trees instead. I still wasn’t happy with it because it wasn’t what I originally booked. On top of that, there was no parking available, so I had to park somewhere else. The parking area seemed to have reserved spaces that appeared to be prioritized for certain guests, and honestly it made us feel uncomfortable and somewhat overlooked. I have never experienced something like this at any other hotel. When you pay for an ocean-view room with a balcony, you naturally expect to receive what you booked. Overall, the experience was a bit frustrating and disappointing, but unfortunately we didn’t really have another option at that point."

"Our first room had plumbing issues with the sink filling and refusing to drain and us later coming to find that the shower did the same. Maintenance is not available after a certain time so we were not able to be assisted with the problem that would have been easily addressed. We were moved to another room the following day, but that room had A/C issues with one unit cooling and the other blowing hot air into the sleeping quarter. Even with maintenance attempting to come and troubleshoot the issue (unsuccessfully) the room became very muggy due to the dichotomy in temperatures. The pillows in both rooms were absolutely horrendous. Lumpy, small, scarce and not what would be expected from a hotel whatsoever. If you have neck or spine issues: bring your own pillows because you will not find comfort in the ones they provide. The front desk staff was never overtly welcoming. However, I will note that the valet parking was very quick and helpful."
