The hotel itself is really nice and modern. All staff members were really kind. The location is perfect. Right next to petco park and gaslamp quarter. The only problem I encountered was a really harsh/horrible smell in the restroom sink. Smelled like urine/sewage, I’m assuming it was within the pipes, because it came up each time after running the water for a few seconds. I only stayed for a night, and wasn’t in the hotel too long, so I did not say anything. However, if I were there any longer I wouldn’t have been able to stay in there. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay.

I paid a lot of money to stay at Omni and use the pool but the pool was literally unusable and cold on Sunday they closed it off and drained it completely during the day without a reasonable explaining. The bed sheets weren’t clean either. This weekend was bday and I was looking forward to enjoying the pool but felt scammed

Nice hotel but the area around it is not that nice, valet parking was $65 and expensive but in front of a hotel is a parking deck which is more affordable, our room was facing that parking deck so didn’t have much of a view!

We were not happy over many things. When we arrived left over food was still in the fridge. The room smelt moldy. It was a very nice up to date hotel and walkable for everything we needed. But there were many things that were not up to our liking. We were supposed to have a roll away bed . We asked at the front desk at 7pm the. Called again for it at 8pm then again at 9pm . We were told it would be in our room when we got back. We got back at midnight with no roll away bed. We called again and again and again with the same promise of it will be coming. It finally arrived at 250am . Which is absolutely horrible. I spoke to someone at the front desk and was told a manager would reach out but after leaving the next day that never happened.

It was great for a family weekend trip. Good location as far as being able to walk everywhere. Be mindful that on game days due to its proximity to Petco park finding parking can be very very challenging. Streets get closed off and garages are full so you are forced to valet your car for $50. Due to the stadium being next door it can also get noisy at times. Otherwise great facility, clean, good service!
