This beautifully decorated and completely renovated 2 bedroom and 2 full bath unit in Seagrove Beach is located on the first floor of Building 5 in the Beachside Villas condo community and provides a direct view of the Gulf, sand dunes, and boardwalk entrance from the living room/patio. It’s only a few short steps from the unit to the most beautiful, white sandy beaches and emerald-green water in the US! This is a very quiet community that's located south of 30A with no busy streets to cross or steps to climb. Parking is located directly behind the building for easy loading/unloading and within steps of the unit. Recent renovation was completed with all new furnishings and amenities. The renovation included new furniture throughout, plumbing and light fixtures, flooring, quartz kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances, water heater, HVAC, smart TV's, smooth ceilings, curtains, linens, vanities, decorations, and paint. The condo has a master suite with a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and twin bunk beds. Flat screen smart TV's with cable are located throughout the unit. The living room and master bedroom each have a 43" Smartcast HDTV. The second bedroom has a 32" Smartcast HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped and newly stocked with everything needed for your stay. The unit is Non-Smoking. Pets are not allowed. Beachside Villas complex amenities include 2 outdoor swimming pools (heated), 2 lighted tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, corn hole game, multiple outdoor grills, deck on adjoining lake, wash-off showers, and immediate boardwalk access to the most beautiful beach in the world! Beachside Villas is ideally located away from the crowds but convenient to many of the activities that routinely bring people back to this part of the Panhandle. Fabulous, award-winning restaurants are nearby. For those new to the 30A area, in addition to the beach, it is a fabulous location for biking, walking, hiking, and paddleboarding with access to paths, trails, and lakes. The property is bordered to the east by Deer Lake and to the west by Eastern Lake. The Seaside community, also on 30A, is less than a 5-minute drive and other 30A communities of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Grayton Beach are easily accessible by bike or car. Top golf courses are located nearby including Camp Creek and Santa Rosa Golf Club. To the west is Destin, home to the Silver Sands Factory shopping outlet. Panama City Beach is 15 miles to the east and is home to Pier Park, a mega-outdoor shopping mall with more than a million square feet of specialty shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. The owner has a local representative who can assist with any maintenance issues that might arise. The owner is very hands-on and makes multiple trips throughout the year to make sure the unit is as it should be for enjoyment by the guests. We did a mix of eating in & out and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for simple meals. Depending on how much cooking you'll do, remember to bring/pick up things like aluminum foil, trash bags, sponge, dish soap, etc. We rented bikes through 30A Bike Rentals, they are just outside of the neighborhood and they delivered the bikes the day we arrived and picked them up the day we left. Highly recommend renting bikes, there is SO much within biking distance (our kids range from age 9-15). We biked everywhere except the grocery store (really nice Publix about 10 min car ride away). We also reserved a 2 hour boat charter (with a captain) one afternoon through Paradise Adventures out of Panama City Beach. They were great - we had a blast being out on the water, seeing dolphins, checking out Shell Island. The only drawback to the property is that the beach right in front of the condos "belongs" to another property/homeowners, so we had a 5-6 minute walk to our "designated" beach spot. It's not a huge deal, but when you are packing for beach days, just keep that in mind. The beach is beautiful. I highly recommend this condo, it's tiny, but laid out nicely, very clean and well maintained. It was so nice to have a (stacked) washer/dryer in the unit, we did a small load each evening just to keep up with wet bathing suits/towels, etc. Thanks for a wonderful stay on 30A! ##### Alexandra F. We had everything we needed in the condo. The only negative would be the unit is not directly on the beach so we had to walk a little ways to get set up on the beach but it still wasn’t bad at all.
