"Great location. Walking distance to many attractions and train station. Staff was amazing. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Sad we couldn't try the rooftop restaurant because I didn't call early enough to make a reservation. Room was always clean and fridge stocked with drinks daily. "We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel - it felt like a little haven of luxury in the busy Roman streets. If we needed anything in the room, room service were quick to arrive with the items. We also had a free late check out. Breakfast was very good each morning. Personally we didn’t enjoy the evening meal at the Gatsby restaurant - it was too over the top when all we wanted was pasta and pizza. At 90 euros for 2 drinks and 2 main courses we avoided it for the remainder of our trip. The hotel however is surrounded by amazing restaurants only a few minutes walk. Would stay again. "

"My stay at the Rome Hello Hostel was great! The rooms were very spacious with lots of storage room, as well as hooks for belongings and tables/chairs to use when needed. The sockets by the beds, as well as the smaller lights were easy to use when lights in the main room were out. The key card with the codes on to access the bedrooms ensured security too. The check in process was easy and the staff were polite and welcoming, always saying hello or goodbye when you were entering or exiting the hostel. The courtyard is a great addition, a good space for people to sit and mingle or eat/drink their own refreshments. The bathroom facilities were good. The showers were powerful and the toilets were clean, with lots of toilet rolls, mirror space and shower/hand gel. The location is great! Only an 8-10 minute walk (maximum) from the main station and a great base for navigating around the city. Overall it was a great stay and I’d highly recommend. "
