The location is great, just steps from the beach, and the beach itself is a nice place to hang out for the day, especially with kids. The house easily accommodated two families of four (4 kids under the age of 10) and provided a nice home base for our daily adventures. The property is new and has a good floor plan for our family. It was clean, and the out side shower that has warm water is so helpful for getting sand off before coming inside. I really wish they would add more information on what the kitchen was stocked with on the VRBO site. We also have a VRBO, so I wasn’t impressed with how much info was listed about what the property was stocked with. I probably over packed because I wasn’t sure. The location is nice and central to lots of activities. We had a nice time. Enjoyed having the Crow’s Nest in walking distance. ##### Leah F.
