« The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. « It was okay. Has an unpleasant smell that gets you as soon as you walk in. Not enough pillows or the right pillows. No couches to enjoy watching tv besides a very hard what appear to be a table with a padding on it and a quilt. The futon inside the room where the bunk beds are, it’s very uncomfortable. The beds are very comfortable, all sleep number beds!The yard was very spacious and multiple games/activities for the kids available. We will definitely stay here again in the future. »

« I have stayed at this property in past years before it was listed with Vrbo! It’s located close to most of my hangs when I come to Santa Cruz and Capitola! Very Quiet, and clean, with plenty of room! I had trouble with the main Tv set and the upstairs set! Neither had the right controls until I notified the property manager! A TV expert was sent over to find the correct controls.I plan on coming back to A front row seat again soon! Thanks! »

« We've stayed in at least 8 or 9 places in the Santa Cruz area, and this might have been our favorite. It's spacious and well-furnished. The hot tub is excellent. Plenty of room for a family with two teenagers and a small dog. Easy 10-min walk to Capitola Village, 10 mins the other way to Verve and a bunch of surf shops, 14-min drive to downtown Santa Cruz. Hosts were easily reachable via text. Would definitely consider staying here again. »

« Great location near the pier in Capitola. Quick walk to beach. Everything you need from umbrellas, towels, beach wagon, beach chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked to prepare meals. Also appreciated the granola bars; Having a garage was really handy as parking is difficult in Capitola. We were there with my daughter and 2 of her besties for an early 16th bday surf trip. « Beautiful property excellent location- just as advertised and very comfortable. Note that there are no cooking basics in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil) which made cooking hard without buying a lot of supplies. »

« This house had great accommodations for our party of six. We really enjoyed the open living room and kitchen area, and especially the pool table. The deck was also very nice and had sun on it all day. Short walk to beach and boardwalk, cute neighborhood with quaint beach houses, short walk to convenience store, coffee shop, food, and local bars. Would stay here again. »
