Enjoy a cozy living room, fully stocked kitchen, and a private river-facing deck with outdoor seating, fire pit, and BBQ. Along Soquel Creek with public trail access and just steps from the Esplanade, you’ll be surrounded by local shops, restaurants, and easy beach access—everything you need for a perfect coastal getaway is right outside your door!

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.
