Named one of the best California beach towns by USA Today, Capitola features an abundance of eateries and shops all along the beautiful California coast. You will be steps away from shopping, restaurants and best of all, the ocean! Parking is included so you won't have to worry about driving anywhere! Less than a 1 minute walk to delicious restaurants, local shops, and Capitola beach! The Space: \- Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests \- 2 bedrooms (1 being a loft) \- 1.5 bathrooms \- 1 reserved parking space in the carport at the house. There is paid street parking available in Capitola Village, however please note a spot can be hard to come by, especially during the busy months. \- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker \- Living room \- Small patio Note: \- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) \- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. \- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). \- NO PETS Guest Access: This townhouse does share a wall with a neighboring unit, and is accessed by a staircase. You will have full access to the home as well as 1 designated parking spot - a huge perk in the Capitola Village! The Neighborhood: Capitola is a coastal jewel in Santa Cruz County. This charming seaside village is known for its colorful beachfront houses, coastal boutiques, and fantastic dining options. With a relaxed atmosphere, Capitola is a paradise for beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts. Stroll along the picturesque Capitola Beach and explore the unique shops and eateries. The city's scenic beauty, combined with a vibrant community, creates a perfect beachfront destination. Plus, its proximity to Santa Cruz offers easy access to the Boardwalk and additional attractions, making Capitola a delightful coastal retreat. This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property. Getting Around: \- Whole Foods, New Leaf, and Safeway (3-6 minute drive) \- Downtown Santa Cruz and the famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk (15-20 minute drive North) \- The Monterey Bay Aquarium (50 minute drive South) Other Things to Note: \- The upstairs bedroom is a cozy loft with a charming open design, offering a lovely view of the living room and kitchen below. Please note that access to the loft and the rest of the house does require stair mobility. \- The area has a vibrant, lively atmosphere during the day and into the evening, with travelers and local activity until around 11 p.m. Traffic flow can be moderate, though the street the house is on is relatively quiet compared to other main roads. \- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. \- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities.
