### Tranquil Remodeled Home with Charming Backyard

In this three-bedroom, two bath home that has been immaculately updated and is full of comfortable style, modern lines and a whimsical color palette make being here happy and fun. Situated between Hope Ranch and San Roque, the location offers a peaceful neighborhood retreat while being close enough to enjoy the vibrant offerings of Santa Barbara and its surrounding areas.   
  
The primary suite is a sunny room with a king-size bed beneath sunset-facing windows and a sizable walk-in closet for the long-term guest to unpack numerous suitcases with space to spare. The en-suite bathroom showcases a drenching rain shower that will wash away the day's cares. Be sure to appreciate the whimsical bird pillows in the bunk room, where a full-size bed beneath a twin sleeps two to three guests. The third room with a queen-size bed can double as a place for studying or working remotely at the desk. The hall bathroom with a tub-shower combo is adjacent to the kitchen and laundry, with a European-style washer and dryer, and a door leading outside. As is typical with many Santa Barbara homes, this property does not have AC. Open windows and the use of fans allow ocean breezes in to keep the house cool during hot summer months.  
  
Let's talk about the kitchen! What a pleasure it is to cook, hang out, and enjoy its perfect design. With matte black granite counters, a breakfast bar, and a five-burner range facing the dining area, everyone can be involved during each phase of a great meal. After dinner, relax in the living room to watch TV, play one of the classic games provided, or leaf through a cookbook and plan for tomorrow's breakfast. Don't feel like cooking? Head to The Boathouse on Hendry's Beach, five minutes away, for French Toast and a mimosa with an ocean view.   
  
The backyard will ultimately be the #1 place to be. Multiple areas invite coffee in the morning at the four-top or a home-cooked barbecue dinner at the dining table for six. After the sun sets, save time to linger in the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. Watch the little ones play on the expansive lawn and savor those long summer evenings inside or out. As a bonus, outside the back gate, there is private access to walking and hiking trails; it's a great adventure just beyond the back gate. There is also plenty of off-street parking in the gated driveway.  
  
The beach is five minutes away, as is upper State Street and Hope Ranch. Elings Park and the Wilcox Preserve are easily accessible for great hikes and letting the four-legged, furry friends roam and play. Hidden Valley Haven will make the ideal holiday gathering place, a treasured summer vacation getaway to return to year after year, or a restful place to call home when home is miles away. The hidden treasure at Hidden Valley Haven will be the memories made and shared here.
