"Great size room, huge balcony, restaurant and bar are very good. We did have to call front desk at bedtime due to one of the alarms would beep every 5mins, which maintenance came over very fast and fixed the problem"

"Parking was a bit tight, maybe it was a busy weekend but it seemed like the spaces were very limited. Wouldn't stay again. Bathroom needs an update. Basic amenities."

"Clean, updated, convenient, bikes complimentary and breakfast. Kitchenette is super helpful as well as utensils, and a heating plate. Have only good things to say. About a block from the ocean and super close to state st."
Avania Inn of Santa Barbara

"The room was clean for the most part but I did find hair in the shower and some stains on a towel. There was also a large crack on the shower wall but overall everything seemed clean. I did wipe down surfaces on my own to double check. I did think the TV was a bit odd as it lists Netflix, YouTube and Chromecast but upon asking Front Desk they said they are not accessible. Not a huge deal but just odd. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful though and the AC was fantastic during the heat wave."

"The hotel has an amazing history, great location, cool amenities. The rooms are in need of some maintenance, the pool deck could use a good pressure washing of the loose gravel, but overall it was a fun trip."
