« Parking fees extremely expensive (20$/day). Just across the street cheaper parking lots (15$/day). At Murphy avenue there is plenty of residential streets for free parking. Parking fees have not been stated in « additional fees » where it should normally be shown for the clients clear understanding. The room/hotel did not have WiFi. Hilton made it as an option whereas in the ad, it was clearly stated « free wifi ». The room did not even have a mini fridge. I was disappointed of the hotel...

« Voilà maintenant 2 ans que je viens dans cette hôtel. C'est de pire en pire. Je prend en général des chambres avec balcon. À ma grande surprise je trouve des sacs de ciments servant de barrière d'étanchéité entre le balcon et la baie vitré menant à celui ci. Nous avons passés 5 nuits à entendre le climatiseur faire du bruit et avoir du mal à rafraîchir la chambre. »

« Grace was super friendly and communicative throughout our entire stay. The apartment was very family friendly and so wonderfully perfect for young families! It came equipped with a pack n play, highchair, and children’s books! And a gym onsite to boot!
