Little to no arrival information was provided ahead of time, and the actual check-in information was sent an hour AFTER our pre-stated arrival time. And the VRBO messaging system was then blamed for the delay.

« The studio itself was exactly as listed. We had an issue with the washer but contacted the host and he was able to get it replaced with another machine quickly. « It was a very neat, tidy and spacious apartment. Having a fully functional kitchen was very useful especially for cooking breakfast every day. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there. The proximity to Disneyland was accurate - it was only a few minutes away by Uber. Our host was great to deal with, too. The only minor drawback was the walk to and from the Uber pick-up place. Overall a five star place. »
