Requesting and receiving beach chairs / umbrella was not smooth and cost extra per day. With the exception of housekeeping which was really great, most customer service was unfriendly/unhelpful. "

"This is a brand new truly lovely resort. Large rooms with high ceilings, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. bathroom was spa like and the decorating was beautiful. Located right on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. "

"This facility does not have a sink in the kitchen. while set up with a two-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, and under counter refrigerator there is no counter space. There is a table and bench at which to eat."
