« Host was prompt in answering questions and I felt very comfortable upon arrival. The tv console was broken but did not inconvenience us. However, I was quite disappointed in the bedding. Dust ruffle was old, shabby looking and on the bed in disarray. The pillows were hard- I was expecting more hotel quality in all the bedding- sheets, blankets etc. the mattress was very comfortable as were the towels. »

« Loved this bayside villa! A large condo very close to the beach!!! Outdoor seating space overlooking the bay was nice. I was greeted by a sea otter in the early morning. I loved my time in Captiva and can’t wait to go back. The host was very responsive and checked on me throughout my entire stay to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I need. »

« Overall, the condo was almost perfect. Very clean, well stocked, lots of supplies, very comfortable and very well furnished. Plenty of parking. Office checked on us regularly to make sure all was going well. The one thing about the set up was that the washer/dryer was on the screened porch and there is no light so needed a flashlight to do laundry in the evening, a minor inconvenience. The only disappointment was that I was looking for ocean view which is how it was advertised. I wanted to sit...
