Located in Kelly Greens Golf & Country Club, a private, gated community with a Par 72 Championship Golf Course. Our Golf includes 8 sets of Tees, a full practice range with over 20 grass hitting stations, an extensive short game practice area and a 9,000 square foot putting green. There is a Pro-Shop, golf clinics and private lessons available as well. This condo is ideally located (minutes) to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms is in a beautiful and serene gated community. Fully remodeled and newly furnished, this unit was updated in a calming beach theme that provides a very relaxing atmosphere with newer appliances and electronics. The large master suite has a new King size bed along with a walk-in closet with an updated master bathroom and a walk-in shower. The master has a sliding door to the private lanai. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. There is a newly updated bathroom. A laundry closet is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. The living room is newly furnished, there is also access to the private lanai with direct golf course and lake views. The dining area seats 4 comfortably with 3 additional seats at the counter. The kitchen is fully stocked. The condo is fully equipped with HD TV's in the living room and bedrooms. The unit has free Wi-Fi high speed internet and cable TV. This condo is situated directly across (100’ away) from one of the many Kelly Greens’ pools, a Tennis/Pickle ball court as well as Shuffleboard area. Guest closet contains tennis/pickle ball rackets/balls, beach/pool gear, beach chairs & umbrella, beach cart, and cooler. Kelly Greens has 5 miles of private, lighted sidewalks (with benches along the way) and streets for walking, jogging or biking along with many clubs and activities (water aerobics, yoga, trivia nights and cooking classes, with membership transfer fee.). For an optional Membership transfer fee, you get the full enjoyment of the upscale, private and gated Kelly Greens Golf and Country Club, playing unlimited golf on the brand new (2017) Championship par 72 course skill levels. In addition to the warm and friendly staff, there is a full-scale driving range, pro-shop. A lounge and snack bar are also part of this terrific community. A smaller ‘Dining-Only’ transfer fee is also an option if you choose. Kelly Greens is situated 3 miles from the Sanibel Causeway which takes you to the beautiful Sanibel and Captiva Islands for the best sea shelling in Florida, pristine beaches and outstanding restaurants. Just a short walk out the back to golf, swimming pool and food tent. Lots of activities available - golf, swimming, walking, bike riding, and pickle ball. Location is close to both Sanibel and For Myers beaches. Lots of excellent local restaurants, grocery stores, nail salons. Other Kelly Greens residents whether owners or renting are friendly and personable. We met many great people to visit with at the pool and play pickle ball with. My husband made friends playing golf. The staff of Kelly Greens are attentive and professional. I loved the color scheme of the condo. The owners are great to work with and easy to contact either by phone or text. For example, when I needed a pie pan to make quiche, Beth had one shipped and I received it the next day. My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing 60 days at Kelly Greens. ##### David M. What few questions we had were always answered within minutes. We must have been one of the first renters as most everything seemed new. All the window and door blinds were replaced just before we arrived. Beth needs to update the pictures of this unit to reflect the small but significant changes she has made with the décor. In summary, we totally enjoyed our stay. Kelly Greens is a gated community and we felt 100% safe on our many walks.
