I had to call property mgr several times bc instructions to enter were unclear, tv had no batteries in the remote, and just unclean overall. She was very nice, brought batteries, took filthy rug and offered to have place cleaned. I wrote her of a few of the examples of dirt and said it would disrupt my stay when it should have been cleaned already. I love Captiva, the quietness and slow pace even after the hurricanes. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. My son said even the pull-out sofa was comfortable. I wish that they had more blankets available. The beds only had a sheet and thin blanket. I would have preferred a comforter or an additional blanket. Called for one but only got a thin blanket for the sofa bed. The kitchen was lacking a few things that would have been nice. There was minimal silverware and only 3 forks. I would have liked a colander and a larger fry pan. During our visit the garbage disposal was not working.
