Traffic noise comes with being so close to downtown, but we have provided noise canceling / blackout curtains and sound machines for both bedrooms. Beaches: 15 Miles to Sanibel Island, 13 Miles to Fort Myers Beach. Outside: Watch dolphins, manatees, turtles, and fish swim down the canal while enjoying your favorite cocktail at sunset. The pool deck has a table with an umbrella if you want to eat by the pool. Several adirondack chairs and lounge chairs available for use. There is a screened-in balcony so you don't have to worry about bugs. Outdoor shower. Living/Dining Area: The living room features plenty of seating, a Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. an egg chair, a bar cart, and some games. Bedrooms: Bedrooms feature: • Premium mattresses • A dresser in each room, • A Smart TV in each room (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Sling, Paramount, etc.) • Noise-canceling and full blackout curtains to keep the noise to a minimum. Blackout curtains make the rooms feel like night, which makes it perfect for an afternoon nap. • Tropical décor • The master bedroom overlooks the canal and pool and has a desk. • The master has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower. • The guest bedroom closet is huge! \*Please note that the closet in the master is a private, locked space but a dresser is provided. \* Twin rollaway bed in guest closet. This was the perfect spot. Very clean (recently renovated) and comfortable. Easy to access, everything they said in the review was correct. Everything worked and was nice to have phone chargers, extension cords, Keurig coffee, comfy beds, nice water pressure, and quality streamed large TVs. Will stay here again!! ##### Stanley S. The location was great it was about a 5-10 minute drive to the restaurants. Publix was a 2 minute walk. The traffic is loud when sitting on the back deck that was my only complaint. The condo is nice but the cleaners don’t do a good job. The king size pillows are old and stunk like urine. I wouldn’t stay there again only because I would rather rent a house. ##### Ann E. I would 100% come back to this VRBO. Lauren and Ryan were so responsive within a timely manner. They made sure it was like a home away from home. Even the neighbors were kind, welcoming, and giving us tips of places to go to. We loved the location, the pool and the canal view. We’d love to come back!! 5 stars all around. ##### Katie H. Zero Problems! There was roof repair going on our last 2 days but they were very neat About it! It was easy for us to get to FM.B as our seasonal home is being rehabbed! Didn’t use the kitchen but if needed to had everything you would need. The view was beautiful just a bummer that it is so close to the Main Street didn’t really use the balcony because of it. Did use the pool once just to use it, every nice next to the water. The bathrooms were very well maintained and loved the suites shower. My favorite part of the rental by far the mattress in the main room!! The best mattress you could ever lay on! One of the reasons to pick a short term rental over hotels, usually not that great with mattress it could be a hit or a miss. And this one definitely a hit! I could just go on about it. I got this rental for a birthday getaway for July 4th weekend with my partner and this place definitely made the getaway worth it. If I could just move the place closer to the water side away from the street I would but other than that all good.
