Excellent property, room was updated and clean. The view was perfect. Staff are friendly. Perfect for families with small kids. My only suggestion is more umbrellas around the pool and maybe updated lounge chairs. However, we still enjoyed our stay. Will be back for sure!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hamilton Princess. The facility is lovely and the artwork is amazing. Be sure to take the self-guided tour. I would give it 5 stars except for 2 things: first, when we went to the beach club on the only day we had available to go, it was crowded with no place to get a chair, other than on one of the side beaches that had no umbrellas. We left and never got to enjoy the beach. Second, we requested a pick up at the airport and it was not there when we arrived. I told the hotel staff about it and they were very apologetic and arranged a free transport back to the airport when we left. So I give 5 stars to the staff for follow up and concern about the error. Also, the location is terrific. I would go back to this hotel.

Beautiful property with friendly & attentive staff. The other guests and permanent / part-time residents are approachable and conversational. It’s a very nice and welcoming community! Many people I met are repeat visitors and I’ll likely become a repeat visitor myself! The beachfront features clean sand and clean, clear water, free of litter and crowds. The weather could not have been more perfect during the time I visited.
