The layout of the house was perfect in providing separate sleeping areas for the children and adults while also having plenty of common shared space in which to visit and relax. « Beautiful villa, amazing amenities with outdoor fireplace, hot tub and views of the golf course and Catalina. The only hiccup was the refrigerator didn't work. We notified the owner and they were quick to respond, but it did take the resort a full day to provide a mini frig. Between the mini and the wine frig, we made it work. However, not ideal for the amount of money paid for the unit. I hope it gets fixed before the next tenants. »

She was prompt to answer any questions we had. The house was clean and very nicely kept. Would recommend you stay here if you are bringing a larger group. Plenty of parking for more than two cars. Points négatifs : draps en microfibre, pas de vrai rideaux occultants, le bruit de la rue est épouvantable (et on l'entend trop bien), l'enseigne lumineuse clignote dans la chambre... »

« Venice suites est une option superbe pour vivre venice beach. C’est dans le coeur de l’action à un rapport qualité/prix très intéressant. La propreté était au rendez-vous, c’était vraiment propre. Nous avons apprécié la sécurité et la tranquillité à l’intérieur du bâtiment. Nous sommes bien content de ce choix. »
