« The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place »

« Incroyable séjour chez Heidi. Tout était parfait : - le quartier : très calme - la maison : parfaite (équipement, literie, décoration, jardin…) - la possibilité de stationner gratuitement des véhicules et de façon simple - la mise à dispo gratuite des vélos La seule chose que nous n’avons pas utilisé c’est les baignoires du fait de la météo (trop frais fin octobre) En synthèse, allez y les yeux fermés. Moi en tout cas c’est là que je relouerais si je dois retourner à LA… »

« L'appartement était extraordinaire, très spacieux et convivial. Il est très bien situé dans Dtla et la terrasse sur le toit est juste wow! La piscine n'est pas chauffée alors ce n'est pas pour les frileux en hiver! Le principal bémol est le sofa lit, qui n'est pas confortable. Pratique pour les enfants ou ceux qui veulent une excuse pour prendre rendez-vous chez le chiro. Sinon Alina a été très rapide pour répondre à nos besoins et ça paraît qu'elle a mis de l'amour dans ce petit bijou...

« We were so pleased! The beds and couch were comfortable! The entire space was clean. I was pleased with the space and the A/C. The kitchen had the things we need. The fridge was big and pristine. The neighbors are so quiet. Street parking isn’t my favorite but it wasn’t horrible and the location was amazing! We went to universal and it was so close. Great communication and very great experience. »

« The property was delightful. It was close to the continuing center which was what we needed. It was a little confusing to find little grocery spots and stuff, but we figured it out. The rooftop pool was awesome and it didn't matter when we were out, someone was cleaning. I loved that. The door men were super accommodating and friendly. The parking was easy after I figured it out. The curtains were super good at keeping out the light and heat. The washer dryer was larger than other properties. »

« This apartment was everything we needed it to be. If you are used to the city life inherent to Los Angeles, this apartment is great. The owner is incredibly responsive, The apartment is very convenient to shopping and to exploring Japantown (Sawtelle) by foot, and is convenient to West Los Angeles and Santa Monica and the environs by car. The owners provide a parking space though on street parking is available as well. Bedrooms each have their own bathroom and showers. Air conditioning worked...
