Staff very helpful with my change of mobility, assisted with storage services so I didn't worry about my knee scooter went did shopping arrived back to the hotel & my scooter was readily available. Thank you =)

This hotel is very dated and uninviting. The first room we were assigned too smelled bad, was very dated, heat registers were all bent and open. We requested our money back and was told they could not give us a refund as we booked through a third party but they did offer us an upgrade free of charge. As they refused our money back, we took the upgrade and checked out the second room. This room was also very dated but slightly better than the first but only slightly. The room was not worth staying in. The bed was ridiculous, as the feet portion of the bed was a half foot to a foot higher than the head portion. There was. It door board but mounting brackets at shin height uncovered were exposed ready for you to walk into. The blind once pulled down would not go back up. The walk to the pool was overgrown and the pool was just okay. From the pictures we’d seen online, it looked amazing and was the reason we booked at the hotel. The pool was just okay. There were a lot of dead bugs floating on the pool, all the chairs around the pool were rusty and the patio chairs were ripped as well as hundreds of bugs and flies crawling around the deck of the pool. After a very short swim in the pool, we could not stay any longer and left the hotel without getting our money back. I’ve read several reviews and how people are saying this is a great place, I have no idea and find confusing. This is a motel out of the 80s that is not worth saying at.

Beautiful, warm and family friendly property. This place is an absolute gem!

everything was great. location was good except for the train crosssing that cuts you off fromthe world at some points, but it is absolutly manageable.
